If you want to find train info for the Western Wisconsin / Eastern Minnesota area, try my sites: www.wisconsinrail.blogspot.com (http://www.wisconsinrail.blogspot.com) and www.scrr.blogspot.com (http://www.scrr.blogspot.com). I am not an old hand at railfaning but I enjoy pictures and stories about them.

The St. Croix Railroad (SCRR) is a live steam multi-gauge park that has about 300 members. They are located near Hudson Wisconsin. They have an interesting track layout - especially for the 1" scale. Both the 1" and 1.5" scale lines are nearly a mile long which results in a ride of 15 to 20 minutes on each. We have very active members with steam engines in both major gauges. Additionally the club has an elevated track with three gauges of track (4 3/4" is largest).

Although electric and gas/hydraulic locomotives outnumber steamers, we have had several new steam locomotives appear in the last year.
