The Richard Bagley Whistle

Many years ago, Richard Bagley sold whistle kits for live steamers...I believe comprised of a casting, some tubing and materials, and a blueprint.

Are these kits available anymore, either from the Bagley family, or from someone who carried on with them after Mr. Bagley's passing?
