Why don't you try Mason't Trains or Moe's Loco works? Also, Little Engines has a 0-4-0 in 1-1/2 for about $10K that they are selling. These things aren't fancy, but run good and can be detailed to look really nice...Of course RR Supply has the CP173 stil for sale...
